Personal Requests

Jason: Pray that most who were here Sunday will be here this Sunday. Pray we will Reach 1% of BG and see 3,200 disciples on our Disciple’s Pathway making disciples.

David: please pray that those who have registered for our re-vamped Discovering Hope will participate beginning this Sunday. Also for Pastor Jeremie Wade and his team…

Charity – Please pray for my children to continue to grow in grace and in the knowledge of truth. Praise for John’s continued healing.

Mark – Praising God for a great Easter time of worship and with family.

Clay: Pray for our team that is headed to Southern Europe on Friday. We will be away through the end of next week. Pray for divine appointments, readiness to respond with care and the Gospel. Pray also for good health, stamina, and safe travels.

Brandy: pray for our counselors in the HCBC to continue sharing the love of Christ with others with confidence in who God is and strength, as it is a wearisome ministry at times; pray for renewed hearts and minds for the counselors. Pray for counselors in our pipeline as they are beginning the process of training, observations and exams.

Troy Young: Pray for the children’s ministry as we prepare for the FLIP event coming up on July 23-26.

Departmental Requests: Include dates, etc

Mark – Welcome Team/Guest follow up – Please pray for our Easter guests that we followed up with this week. May the Lord bring them back next Sunday and, if they do not already have a relationship with Christ, may He save them and they get connected right here.

Chad – Pray for students to finish school well and look for opportunities to share Christ.

HCBC: pray for open doors in the community; wisdom and guidance on direction

Please pray for Tom as he is currently traveling to Thailand for meetings and will return later this weekend. Please pray for his health, wisdom and guidance, and smooth travel. Please also pray for the girls and me as we hold down the fort here in the US while he’s away.

Bryan Lewis – Hope House.

Please pray for our current Jobs for Life Classes that have begun:
14 Females enrolled at Warren County Jail
Please pray for our upcoming Jobs for Life that begins on April 11

Please pray for our evening Faith and Finances Course that began on March 7.
We have 10 community participants! A few being husband and wife which is a big step for those families and our community!
Please pray for our Ready to Work Shuttle that is running 6 days a week.
We are currently in need of a few volunteers to be trained as Sub Shuttle Drivers. Pray the Lord would meet this need.

We are also needing the Lord to provide us with a couple people to serve as volunteer donation pick up drivers.

Please pray for our 5 Program Living Residents:
Anthony, working at Pan Oston, who is in the last phase of their 12 month programming
Derek and Kevin who are in phase 3 and both working
Tommy, Erin, Adam who are in phase 1 & 2. All working at New Creations Furniture Co.
Please pray for the 4 residents God is preparing to give us in the coming days.
Pray for our Cooking for Hope event on April 20. Pray God richly blesses this night!

Mark and Parker Phillips – Road to Karma

We are having a training on storying for about 30 of our believers next week. Please pray this will be a fruitful time and a useful tool for their ministries.

R&N – Lost Cities of Asia (for security reasons, I cannot share names on the internet).

1) Please pray for a new contact R recently made in a town with a local brother we had not met before. We are both engaging the same area and hope to work together in the future. Pray for a deep and strategic partnership.

2) Our girls recently started at a local kindergarten. We are hoping the girls will start to pick up some of the local language as well as develop friendships there that will open doors for us to share with local families.

3) Pray for many opportunities to share the good news as we enter into the easter season.

John and Abby Fisher – Northern Plains

Thomas Weakley – Campus Crusade at WKU

Jacob and Cara Stevens – Portugal

Please be praying for an Easter outreach this weekend (April 8) in the part of the city where we are seeking to church plant. Pray for local churches to catch the vision and for locals to show up!

We are also getting settled into our new place. Pray for doors to open with our neighbors and nearby businesses.

Justin Pate – Pastor, Redeemer Church

Redeemer had our largest attendance. Had to get out chairs. Pray for continued growth and follow up.

Living Hope Members:

Mae Hutchins asks that we pray for her friend, Megan, who had knee surgery and is doing well.

Traci Carter Krulik requests prayer for her uncle, who is having chemotherapy for the next month.

Please pray for Tom Noser’s friend, Joe who lost his sister to cancer this past week.

Mike and Lori Carter request prayer for their son Garrett who is having eye surgery tomorrow. Please pray for success and a quick recovery.

Please pray for Brianne Simpson and her family as she is going through her first pregnancy.

Cassandra Metz asks that we pray for her and her family and their situation right now, as well as their upcoming job opportunities.

Alissa Arnold asks that we pray for her Uncle who has terminal cancer

Dominic Mack requests prayer for his guidance, strength, and guidance.

Please pray for Shirley Green’s dad who has been diagnosed with cancer. Please pray for her mom who will be the primary care giver.

Kristie Sorgmann asks that we pray for her son and her brother. Her brother is struggling with addiction and her son is dealing with depression. Please pray that both of them would find their hope in Jesus.
